This semester, by university policies that i dont agree, i had to take an elective of basic formation. There were not many options that I liked, and the ones that i liked i couldnt take for my schedule. But this is other topic. For that reason i take the elective “Press and history in the 20th century in Chile”. In this elective we analyze the mass medias in 1900 century. To start had to analyze a magazine between 1900 at 1920. This work it was in pairs. With my friend analyze “Los Sports”, a sport magazine, it was very interesting look the topics in this, because they published articles of all sports regardless of gender, age or popularity of sport.

I find it interesting and a sum of knowledge required for a journalist. Currently, we analyzed a magazine of 1930 at 1970. With my friend analyzed “Topaze”, a magazine that criticizes politics and president of this time. I like this elective, although by my own decision I would not have taken it, because I have another eight subjects and many times i have an excess of work.
